1 Introduction

4 Account Registration

You agree to notify 22jl16 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 22jl16 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

4.4 KYC Verification

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.3 Deposit Processing

6 Withdrawals

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus funds and associated pending winnings. 6.4 Withholding of Withdrawals

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified on the promotion page, all bonus funds credited to a 22jl16 account carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount received. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

22jl16 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing low-risk or mathematically hedged wagers designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; and withdrawing bonus-derived winnings before meeting applicable wagering requirements through technical exploitation. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on 22jl16 are subject to an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the applicable validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.

8 Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Availability

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22jl16 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to exploit welcome bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or live dealer games.

12 Intellectual Property

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22jl16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of whether 22jl16 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

22jl16's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit 22jl16's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

The 22jl16 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 22jl16 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform or its content.

14 Termination

14.1 Termination by 22jl16

22jl16 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more; or any conduct that 22jl16 reasonably considers to be harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties.

14.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your 22jl16 account at any time by submitting a written request to the customer support team. Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (net of applicable bonus funds not yet satisfying wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all bonus funds, free spins, and pending promotions shall be immediately forfeited. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination — including the Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Prohibited Conduct sections — shall continue in full force and effect following account closure.

15 Amendments

22jl16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 16 Governing Law
